PARTICIPANT WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY  

I understand that during my participation in City SPARK I may be exposed to risks, foreseen or unforeseen, inherent in such group activities. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury or illness (including death) or economic loss (“Injuries and Damages”). This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law.  

In consideration for my participation in City SPARK, I WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY Ecocity Builders, City Space Architecture, and their officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, leaders and agents, from any and all claims or liability for any physical injury or illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer, or which may result from my participation in this event. even if caused by negligence of Ecocity Builders, City Space Architecture, or their officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, leaders and agents, or myself. I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release of liability is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.  If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

I have read this document in its entirety, and I freely and voluntarily accept its terms.
